Do we have products in stock?
Every product we sell is custom-made to our client’s exact specifications & window size. Therefore we do not carry inventory nor have in-stock items.

- Schedule a follow-up appointment for Final Measurements & Product/Color selection if necessary
- Request a copy of your final order for review & signature online
- Pay a 50% deposit on your order, via cash, check, ACH, or secure credit card link online
- We will place orders within 3 days after receiving both signed invoice & deposit
- We will communicate status updates & reach out to schedule installation once we receive the products
What to expect after placing an order?
THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES ON TIMELINE & WE DO NOT SCHEDULE INSTALLATION UNTIL WE PHYSICALLY RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS.
Blinds & Shades
Blinds & Shades typically take 5 weeks to be installed & Shutters between 5-12 weeks to be installed. Please remember everything is custom made, thus, all sales are final. No exceptions. Time estimates are subject to manufacturers’ ability & accessibility to necessary materials & components. Made in the Shade Blinds & More Raleigh is not responsible for delays due to material outages, back orders, discontinued items, &/or shipping delays. We make every effort to ensure a timely install.
Cordless Blinds
Cordless blinds are more susceptible to light leaks at the bottom along with not closing as tightly as corded blinds. If you think either will be an issue for you, please consider another product as all sales are final once ordered.
Blackout Shades
Room darkening/black-out shades are not 100% room darkening. All products will have light leakage. Some manufacturers offer a product known as a light guard which can help w/this & can be ordered for an additional charge-you must notify us before we place the order. The light guard will not eliminate all light. Roller & solar shades will have a gap on each side as the fabric is narrower than the headrail. If you think this will be an issue, please select another product as all sales are final once ordered.

Made in the Shade Blinds & More Raleigh offers a 1-year labor warranty on all products sold & installed. Our manufacturers stand behind their products & we stand behind our installation service. Many of our manufacturers carry limited lifetime warranties, which we will serve on their behalf.
